Things people ask
before their first visit
Taj Spa welcomes everyone. Every appointment is private, so it's just you in the hammam. Come solo or bring your partner, the choice is yours.
Sessions range from 1 hour (Self-Service) to 2 hours (Taj Royal). Add 10-15 minutes for arrival and changing.
No preparation needed. The exfoliation works best on untreated skin. The kessa mitt does all the work.
Avoid a heavy meal 1-2 hours before your visit. A light snack is fine. We'll have mint tea and treats ready for after.
We recommend consulting your doctor before any steam therapy during pregnancy. Let us know when booking so we can adjust the experience.
All products are authentic Tunisian: black soap (savon beldi), ghassoul clay, and jasmine oil. Everything is natural and sourced from Tunisia.
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your visit.
